Position Summary:
The Healthcare Recruiter supports LeaderStat’s business operations by identifying, evaluating, and matching healthcare professionals with open job opportunities. This role independently evaluates candidates, prioritizes recruiting activities, and aligns talent with organizational and client needs. The Healthcare Recruiter plays a key role in placement success, operational performance, candidate engagement, and revenue growth.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of recruiting experience
- Demonstrated experience in contract recruiting, contract staffing, or recruiting for contingent workforce placements
- Ability to effectively operate across multiple electronic systems, including candidate sourcing platforms, applicant tracking systems, and compliance/credentialing software
- Healthcare recruiting or staffing experience strongly preferred; however, candidates with contract recruiting experience in other fast-paced, technical, or highly regulated industries will also be considered

- Strong working knowledge of job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other sourcing platforms
- Comfortable working across multiple electronic systems, including ATS and compliance platforms
- Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong candidate service and relationship management skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other channels
- Evaluate candidates based on experience, specialty, licensure, availability, and assignment requirements
- Conduct candidate interviews and determine suitability for open positions
- Develop and manage candidate pipelines based on job requirements and business needs
- Negotiate compensation, assignment terms, and start logistics within established guidelines
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruiting and assignment lifecycle
- Communicate assignment expectations, requirements, and logistics to candidates
- Prioritize job orders and recruiting activities based on urgency, difficulty, and business needs
- Ensure candidates meet credentialing, licensure, background, and compliance requirements
- Validate references and required documentation and maintain accurate records in Bullhorn and other systems
- Identify and escalate compliance, placement, or assignment-related issues as needed
- Contribute to fill rates, placement success, candidate retention, and overall recruiting performance
- All other duties as assigned by management
