We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Healthcare Recruiter specializing in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) to join our team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with clients, optimize hiring processes, and deliver top healthcare talent nationwide.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a minimum of five years of relevant experience.

Working knowledge of healthcare staffing and fulfillment processes; post-acute experience strongly preferred.

Strong business communication skills and familiarity with industry terminology.

Proven success in recruiting or a sales-related role, ideally within RPO or outsourced recruiting models.

Ability to work independently and make sound, data-driven decisions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with recruiting metrics and analytics.
Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting workflows and assigned client accounts.

Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies.

Source and engage candidates through databases, job boards, and online platforms.

Conduct candidate screening, coordination, and ongoing communication.

Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve processes and outcomes.

Consistent weekly phone screens, candidate submissions, and placements.
