What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee all aspects of resident care in our Assisted Living and Independent Living community.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a compassionate care team.

  • Partner with residents, families, and staff to ensure the highest quality of care and service.

  • Maintain compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

  • Collaborate closely with leadership to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with current Minnesota licensure.

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in senior living, assisted living, or a related healthcare environment preferred.

  • Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • A passion for serving seniors with dignity, respect, and integrity.
