LeaderStat is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Free Standing Emergency Department in Tallahassee, FL. This is a great opportunity for a skilled ER nurse who thrives in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

As a key member of the emergency department team, you’ll provide comprehensive, compassionate care while collaborating with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes for every patient.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of recent Acute Care ER RN experience required

  • Active RN license in the State of Florida (or ability to obtain prior to start)

  • Education: Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required

  • Certifications:

    • BLS (Basic Life Support) — required prior to start

    • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention — within 90 days of hire

    • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) — within 90 days of hire

    • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) — within 90 days of hire

Compensation & Benefits

? Hourly Range:

  • $27.72 – $33.00 (Base)

  • 5 years: $36.30/hr

  • 10 years: $39.60/hr
