We are seeking a Facilities Operations Director who brings both professional expertise and a heart for service. This is an opportunity to steward a sacred space, support a dedicated team, and ensure that our environment reflects the calm, order, and excellence our community values.
As the Facilities Operations Director, you will oversee all aspects of building operations, maintenance, and safety. Your leadership will help create an environment where residents, staff, and visitors feel secure, supported, and uplifted.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily operations of the physical plant, grounds, and equipment
- Managing maintenance staff and coordinating outside contractors
- Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
- Developing and managing budgets for maintenance, repairs, and capital projects
- Leading preventative maintenance programs to protect and extend facility assets
- Supporting emergency preparedness and response procedures
- Collaborating with leadership to maintain a peaceful, orderly, and healing environment

Job and Relationship skills:
- Willingness to work in a Christian environment
- Required: Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills essential to job performance.
- Preferred: Conversational Spanish but not required
- Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
- Willingness to ask for approval of tasks when required
- Ability to work closely with Administrator and other management staff
