  • Executive Director experience with large senior living communities (Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, CCRC, Life Plan Community)
  • Track record of measurable achievements
  • Advanced degree highly preferred
  • Stable tenure in past roles
  • Interest in the Phoenix, AZ area
