Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Director to lead daily operations and uphold the highest standards of care for residents living with memory-related conditions. This leader will guide staff, support residents and families, and ensure continued operational success while fostering a culture rooted in compassion, accountability, and respect.
The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of memory support and is an active listener who can build meaningful relationships while maintaining clear expectations and accountability. We are looking for someone who values stability and is eager to grow long-term within the organization.
Qualifications
- Current LNHA (Licensed Nursing Home Administrator) or Assisted Living Administrator license in the Commonwealth of Virginia
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Director or Associate Executive Director within the memory support sector
- Strong operational leadership and regulatory knowledge
- Non-profit experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with sales/marketing teams
- Excellent communication skills with a balance of empathy and accountability
- Commitment to long-term growth within the organization
