Potential candidates MUST have completed Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment's (CDPHE) mandatory 40-hour Assisted Living Administrator Training course and have earned the Assisted Living Administrator's license. A Nursing Home Administrator's license would be a plus.
An ideal fit will be a candidate who has a track record of successfully leading a Senior Living Community &/or Skilled Nursing Facility or CCRC with clear and measurable accomplishments.

Ideal candidates will bring:
- Colorado Assisted Living Administrator's license or the ability to quickly earn one (if licensed in another state)

- Stable tenure in previous jobs
- Successful background as an Executive Director over Senior Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing Facility, CCRC, &/or Life Plan Communities
- Confidence in your ability to lead, delegate, mentor and be the face of the community
- Strong knowledge of State and Federal regulations for Senior Healthcare and Housing
