What You'll Do

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for a luxury senior living community.
  • Foster a culture centered on hospitality, exceptional customer service, and resident satisfaction.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop an engaged, high-performing team.
  • Drive occupancy through partnership with the sales team and active community engagement.
  • Ensure strong financial performance through effective expense management and operational oversight.
  • Maintain the highest standards for quality, compliance, and resident experience.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience as an Executive Director in Senior Living is required.
  • Proven sales background with the ability to champion community occupancy.
  • Mentoring leadership style with a passion for developing others.
  • Demonstrated stability with solid tenure in previous leadership roles.
  • Track record of measurable accomplishments, including:
    • Staff retention
    • Occupancy
    • Net Operating Income (NOI)
    • Expense control
    • Regulatory surveys and overall operational performance
  • Exceptional customer service and hospitality skills with a polished, professional presence.
