Key Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership and operational oversight for the IL, AL, and Memory Care community

  • Drive census growth through community outreach, relationship building, and sales partnership

  • Foster a positive, engaged culture among team members and residents

  • Ensure compliance with all state regulations and survey readiness

  • Lead and mentor department heads to achieve operational excellence

  • Manage financial performance including budgeting, expenses, and revenue

  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, referral partners, and the local community

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience as an Executive Director or Administrator in Senior Living

  • Experience overseeing Independent Living, Assisted Living, and/or Memory Care

  • Demonstrated success with census growth and occupancy management

  • Survey savvy with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance

  • Charismatic leadership style with the ability to motivate teams and build relationships

  • Strong operational, financial, and communication skills

  • Passion for creating an exceptional resident experience
