The Opportunity

As Executive Director, you’ll:

  • Provide visionary leadership and operational oversight

  • Cultivate a positive workplace culture rooted in respect and collaboration

  • Engage daily with residents, families, and staff to ensure a vibrant, connected community

  • Lead initiatives in occupancy, budgeting, staffing, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance

  • Inspire and empower a high-performing team that reflects the values of compassion and excellence

Qualifications

  • Current Assisted Living Administrator’s license (Virginia)

  • 5+ years of Executive Director experience in a senior living setting

  • Proven record of success in occupancy, financials, surveys, staffing, and satisfaction

  • Strong communication, business acumen, and leadership presence

  • A natural team builder who nurtures talent and drives results

  • A genuine passion for serving the senior population
