We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Executive Director, that also holds their NHA license, to lead our full-service Senior Living campus located in a scenic suburb of Toledo, Ohio. About the Role

As Executive Director, you’ll oversee daily operations across Skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care...with an Independent living addition in the works! You’ll lead a dedicated team to ensure high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and a vibrant community culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of campus operations

  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

  • Oversee budgeting, staffing, and performance goals

  • Foster a positive environment for residents, staff, and families

  • Collaborate with department heads to uphold care excellence and resident satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field); Master’s preferred
  • NHA in Ohio required

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality

  • Strong knowledge of senior living regulations and best practices

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
