A premier luxury senior living community in Georgetown, Kentucky is seeking a high-impact Executive Director to lead operations across Assisted Living and Memory Care while elevating resident experience, team performance, and census growth.
This opportunity is ideal for an Executive Director who:
• Has successfully led Assisted Living and Memory Care communities
• Knows how to stabilize, grow, and energize teams
• Understands occupancy strategy, sales partnership, and census growth
• Leads from the front with visibility, accountability, and urgency
• Creates strong culture and holds teams to high standards
• Wants the autonomy to truly lead while still having strong ownership support

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring:
• Executive Director experience in Senior Living
• Strong Assisted Living and Memory Care operational experience
• Proven success improving occupancy and resident satisfaction
• Experience building culture, accountability, and retention
• Strong financial and regulatory leadership
• High emotional intelligence and leadership presence
• Ability to connect with residents, families, staff, and referral partners
