Campus Executive Director (licensed HFA)

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead a premier Life Plan Community in Franklin, IN, overseeing daily operations while driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and an outstanding resident experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for all departments across the community.
  • Develop and manage annual operating, capital, and business plans to achieve financial and operational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining quality standards and survey readiness.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders to build a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement initiatives that improve quality, resident satisfaction, employee retention, and financial performance.
  • Foster open communication with residents, families, employees, and community stakeholders while effectively addressing concerns and opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with board members, referral partners, and the surrounding community to enhance the organization's reputation and support continued growth.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to implement organizational initiatives and share operational best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated passion for serving older adults and leading with integrity and compassion.
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, operations, and organizational performance.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and inspire a positive, service-focused culture.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining a resident-centered approach.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Gerontology, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Current Indiana Health Facility Administrator (HFA) license required.
  • Minimum of five years of executive leadership experience in senior living, long-term care, or post-acute healthcare, including experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator or Executive Director.
