Executive Director/ Licensed Health Facility Administrator - Elkhart, IN

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Executive Director to lead daily operations of our skilled nursing facility in Elkhart, IN. This role is responsible for regulatory compliance, financial performance, staff leadership, and ensuring high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all facility operations, including clinical, financial, and administrative functions

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines

  • Lead department heads and promote a culture of accountability and excellence

  • Manage budgeting, census development, and financial performance

  • Maintain survey readiness and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Active Health Facility Administrator license in Indiana

  • 5+ years of long-term care leadership experience preferred

  • Strong knowledge of skilled nursing regulations and reimbursement

  • Proven leadership, communication, and operational management skills
