Are you a seasoned and mission-driven Executive Director with a proven track record in leading Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs)? A premier non-profit retirement community in Baltimore County, MD is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director (NHA) to lead with integrity, vision, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership across all levels of the community.

Ensure regulatory compliance, fiscal responsibility, and high-quality resident care.

Serve as the face of the organization with residents, families, staff, and the broader community.
Qualifications

Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in Maryland (Required)

MUST have previous experience as an Executive Director within a CCRC or multi-level senior living community.

Demonstrated record of measurable accomplishments in operational performance, team development, and resident satisfaction.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to balance team building with strong accountability practices.
