Are you a seasoned and mission-driven Executive Director with a proven track record in leading Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs)? A premier non-profit retirement community in Baltimore County, MD is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director (NHA) to lead with integrity, vision, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across all levels of the community.

  • Ensure regulatory compliance, fiscal responsibility, and high-quality resident care.

  • Lead and support a strong management team while holding them accountable to measurable goals.

Qualifications

  • Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in Maryland (Required)

  • MUST have previous experience as an Executive Director within a CCRC or multi-level senior living community.

  • Demonstrated record of measurable accomplishments in operational performance, team development, and resident satisfaction.

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to balance team building with strong accountability practices.
