ER Nurse Registered Nurse - RN

LeaderStat is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader for a(n) Registered Nurse - RN ER| Registered Nurse - RN in Palatka, FL. This leader is responsible for guiding the hospital’s strategic direction, ensuring high-quality patient care, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, leadership, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of Acute Care ER experience Required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- If a candidate has 3 or more years of experience as an RN and if they have their compact license (They’ll still need to apply for the FL license) we can consider and move forward.
- If a candidate has less than 3 years of RN experience, they’ll need to take the NCLEX in FL and once they pass we can consider (This is if candidates do not have a FL RN License)
- Associate Degree
