Position Overview:
LeaderStat is seeking an experienced and compassionate Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join a leading healthcare organization in Tallahassee, Florida. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated nursing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing exceptional, patient-centered care.

As an ER RN, you’ll play a vital role in triaging and treating patients with acute and life-threatening conditions, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality of care.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of recent Acute Care ER RN experience required

  • Active Florida or Multistate RN license (or ability to obtain prior to start)

  • Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing required

  • BLS certification required prior to employment start date

  • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification required within 90 days of hire

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 90 days of hire

  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 90 days of hire

Compensation:

  • Hourly range: $27.72 – $33.00/hour

  • 5 years: $36.30/hour

  • 10 years: $39.60/hour
