The Director of Sales and Marketing provides oversight for all marketing and communications for Manor Park. Primary responsibilities are to develop, coordinate, and administer policies and procedures, and meet budgeted occupancy for all phases of sales for Manor Park, Inc. The Director of Marketing reports directly to the CEO and serves as a member of the senior management team and oversees the Marketing key resources, including staff and budget.

A successful candidate for the Director of Sales and Marketing will have the following qualifications…
- Bachelors Degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Business, Gerontology, or a related field
- Knowledge and understanding of physical and psychological needs of geriatric population
- Sales and Marketing experience, specifically with Life Plan Communities/Continuing Care Retirement Communities
- Management experience
- Experience with entryfee sales, as well as marketing, public relations, and communications
- Interest in the MidlandOdessa area (relocation assistance is provided)
