Discovery Village Clear Lake is seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead sales and marketing efforts for a beautiful 156-unit senior living community offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care in Webster, Texas. With current occupancy at approximately 77%, this is an exciting opportunity to make an immediate impact while enjoying unlimited earning potential through an uncapped commission plan.

As the Director of Sales, you'll be responsible for developing referral relationships, guiding prospective residents and their families through the decision-making process, and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive occupancy. You'll also lead and mentor one Sales Associate, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from the first inquiry through move-in.

  • Successful sales experience in senior living
  • Proven track record of increasing occupancy and exceeding sales goals
