What You'll Bring
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland
- Current Director of Nursing experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local healthcare regulations
- Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining nursing policies and procedures
- Strong clinical nursing expertise
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and customer service skills
