Our highly regarded non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community in beautiful Wilmington, North Carolina is seeking a permanent Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our skilled nursing and long-term care center.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN) – North Carolina license required

  • At least 5 years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care (SNF/LTC) environment

  • Strong working knowledge of state and federal regulations

  • Proven record of successful survey outcomes

  • MDS experience preferred

  • Non-profit senior living experience preferred

  • Exceptional leadership, management, collaboration, and organizational skills

  • A nurturing, engaging leader who enjoys mentoring and coaching team members
