Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all nursing operations within the facility

  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in Illinois (required)

  • Proven ability to improve clinical outcomes and stabilize operations

  • Solid tenure and track record of performance
