Our client is seeking a Director of Nursing (RN) to lead clinical operations at a skilled nursing facility in Alabama. This highly visible leadership role offers the chance to shape clinical excellence, mentor a dedicated nursing team, and ensure the highest quality of care for residents.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for all nursing operations

  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while maintaining survey readiness

  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and clinical workflows

  • Recruit, develop, and mentor nursing staff to promote engagement and retention

  • Partner with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, person-centered care

  • Lead quality improvement initiatives and drive strong clinical outcomes

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Alabama RN license (or compact license)

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing

  • 5+ years of long-term care nursing experience

  • 2+ years in a nursing leadership or supervisory role

  • Strong operational, leadership, and team-building skills

  • A passion for compassionate, resident-focused care
