Continental Senior Communities is seeking a Director of Nursing / Wellness Director (RN or LPN) to lead the clinical operations at Ashton Commons Senior Living, a beautiful Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Wexford, PA.

Responsibilities

As the Wellness Director, you will:

  • Lead all clinical operations for the Assisted Living and Memory Care community.
  • Ensure compliance with all Pennsylvania regulations and company policies.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop the nursing and caregiving teams.
  • Partner with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff to deliver exceptional resident-centered care.
  • Maintain high standards for quality, service, and clinical excellence.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative environment focused on outstanding resident outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Active Pennsylvania RN or LPN license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Director of Nursing, Wellness Director, or other clinical leadership role within Assisted Living or Senior Living.
  • Strong knowledge of state regulations, clinical processes, and quality standards.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Strong computer proficiency.
  • A genuine passion for serving older adults and leading with compassion.
