What We’re Looking For

  • A Registered Nurse (RN) with an active Ohio license.

  • At least 2 years of Director of Nursing experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.

  • A strong understanding of regulations, clinical processes, and quality improvement.

  • A compassionate leader who believes in teamwork, transparency, and resident-centered care.
