Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead staff meetings on resident status, staffing, and concerns; oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Track quality indicators, care plans, and staff credentials; review shift reports and respond to incidents.
- Coordinate with physicians and outside agencies; monitor OSHA/HIPAA/infection control compliance and lead QAPI reporting.
- Support survey readiness and correction of citations; communicate with residents, families, and staff.
- Manages 2–4 supervisors overseeing ~130–150 nursing staff, plus 1–3 direct reports, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Education & Experience:
- DON or similar nurse management experience in a Skilled Nursing (SNF) setting
- Active RN license in good standing
- Solid work ethic and leadership abilities
