We’re seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to join a skilled nursing facility in Oregon, Ohio that’s in need of a strong, steady hand to guide its clinical team toward excellence. What We’re Looking For:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with the State of Ohio

  • Proven success in a DON or ADON role within skilled nursing

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and the State survey process

  • Willingness to enforce and follow policy & procedures

  • Transparent, approachable communication style

  • Team builder and mentor who can coach and develop clinical staff

  • Passionate about resident-centered care and driving results
