What We’re Looking For:

Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with the State of Ohio

Proven success in a DON or ADON role within skilled nursing

Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and the State survey process

Willingness to enforce and follow policy & procedures
-
Transparent, approachable communication style

Team builder and mentor who can coach and develop clinical staff

Passionate about resident-centered care and driving results
