Our client, a senior living community in the East Cleveland, OH, is seeking a dedicated Director of Nursing (DON) | RN to join their leadership team and oversee their skilled nursing!

This opportunity needs an RN with extensive skilled nursing leadership experience to improve quality care, mentor staff, and help maintain regulatory compliance in a supportive, resident-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct the nursing team to ensure quality care in compliance with federal, state, and organizational regulations

  • Mentor, educate, and provide guidance to nursing staff

  • Support interdisciplinary care planning and quality initiatives

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school preferred

  • Prior experience in LTC, SNF, AL, or MC settings preferred

  • Minimum of two years in a nurse supervisory role 

  • Strong knowledge of clinical operations, nursing leadership, and regulatory compliance

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Energetic, flexible, and professional demeanor

  • Passion for working with seniors and improving quality of care
