Director of Nursing (DON) – Permanent

A skilled nursing facility in the Pittsburgh area is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Nursing (DON) to join its leadership team. Qualifications
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania
- Minimum 2 years of Director of Nursing experience in a SNF/LTC setting
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations with a proven track record of survey success
- Demonstrated clinical expertise and nursing leadership ability
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
