As the Director of Nursing, you will provide hands-on leadership and support to your staff, setting the tone for excellence in clinical outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and stability to the nursing team.

Qualifications:

  • RN license in good standing (Georgia).

  • Proven experience as a Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

  • Strong knowledge of state survey regulations and compliance requirements.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and build strong clinical teams.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
