As the Director of Nursing, you will provide hands-on leadership and support to your staff, setting the tone for excellence in clinical outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership, mentorship, and stability to the nursing team.

Ensure adherence to all state and federal survey regulations, preparing the facility for successful outcomes.

Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance quality of care.

Collaborate with staff, residents, families, and leadership to achieve operational and clinical goals.
Qualifications:

RN license in good standing (Georgia).

Proven experience as a Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Strong knowledge of state survey regulations and compliance requirements.

Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and build strong clinical teams.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
