Director of Nursing (DON) – Northern Suburb of Chicago

We’re seeking a compassionate, hands-on nursing leader to oversee clinical operations in a small Skilled Nursing Facility (under 50 beds) on this large, multi-level campus (IL, AL, SNF, MC). This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing ready to step into a DON role.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active RN license in Illinois

  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing setting

  • A professional, warm presence with a hospitality-focused mindset

  • MDS experience preferred

  • Strong team player open to shared on-call responsibilities (rotation approx. every 3 weeks)
