Position Overview:
LeaderStat is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader for a Director of Med-Surg in Panama City, FL. This leader is responsible for guiding the hospital’s strategic direction, ensuring high-quality patient care, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, leadership, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- at least 2-3 years of RECENT ACUTE CARE Supervisor/Manager level experience Open to any adult inpatient experience from an acute hospital setting
- Bachelors Degree REQUIRED
- Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Registered Nurse, or Advance Nurse Practitioner
Salary Range: $105K-$125K
