Director of Emergency Services

LeaderStat is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader for a(n) Director of Emergency Services in Houston, TX. This leader is responsible for guiding the hospital’s strategic direction, ensuring high-quality patient care, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, leadership, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Must have 2+ years of RECENT (Within the last year) acute care Director of ED experience. * Will consider a strong ED manager but needs to have a minimum of 3-5 YOE
- Bachelor's degree in nursing required
- Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field preferred
- Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state in which he or she practices, in accordance with law and regulation required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required
