Job Title: Director of Case Management

Position Overview:
LeaderStat is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader for a Director of Case Management in Ottumwa, IA. This leader is responsible for guiding the hospital’s strategic direction, ensuring high-quality patient care, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, leadership, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of Case Management experience in utilization management, case management, discharge planning or other cost/quality management program.
- Two to three years previous management experience is preferred with minimum of two years’ experience in hospital- based nursing.
- Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s degree preferred
- Current state licensure and active certifications
- Iowa Mandatory Reporter – Child and Dependent Adult Abuse Certificates
- Exceptional strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire staff at all levels
Salary Range: $93,000-$125,000K
