LeaderStat is seeking a results-driven sales professional to join our team as Director of Business Development. In this high-impact role, you will focus on identifying, cultivating, and acquiring new business opportunities in the post-acute care space.

As the Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for generating new lines of business through strategic sales initiatives, account development, and relationship management. This is an independent contributor role, ideal for a self-motivated professional who thrives on building a strong book of business by engaging key influencers and decision-makers in the post-acute industry.

Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the post-acute landscape, strong consultative selling skills, and the ability to drive growth through proactive and strategic outreach.

 What You’ll Do:

• Identify, qualify, present, and close new business opportunities for LeaderStat’s post-acute service lines

• Lead outreach efforts via cold calls, digital messaging, and industry networking

• Cultivate relationships with corporate-level decision-makers and influencers

• Conduct in-person client visits and virtual presentations to promote solutions

• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies

• Partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery

• Track KPIs and sales pipeline metrics, meeting or exceeding revenue goals

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 5+ years of healthcare sales experience at the corporate level

• At least 2 years focused specifically on the post-acute care space

• Ability to travel up to 50%

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (Bullhorn preferred)

• Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
