Director of Admissions and Sales - Senior Living
LeaderStat is partnering with a not for profit senior living provider in Canton, OH who is seeking an energetic and compassionate Admissions and Sales Director to join the team. This role is key to shaping each family’s first impression—guiding them through the admissions process with professionalism, empathy, and clarity.
What You’ll Do

Lead all admissions activity, from inquiry to move-in

Build strong relationships with residents, families, referral partners, and the local community

Provide warm, informative tours that highlight our commitment to exceptional resident care

Maintain accurate documentation, assessments, and compliance with state regulations

Partner closely with clinical and leadership teams to ensure smooth, person-centered transitions

Track metrics, trends, and occupancy goals to support community growth

Experience in senior living, healthcare admissions, and sales
