Position Overview:
LeaderStat is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader for a Registered Nurse - RN CVICU, ER, or ICU | Registered Nurse - RN in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This leader is responsible for guiding the hospital’s strategic direction, ensuring high-quality patient care, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, leadership, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.

Qualifications:
  • 1 Year of experience in a CVICU, ER, or ICU role within an Acute Care setting
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Current state licensure and active certifications
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire staff at all levels
Salary Range: $27.72 - $39.60
Specialty Pay Differential: $1.50/hr
Shift Differentials: $4.25/hr nightshift differential
Sign on: $10k Days / $15k Nights
Relocation Assistance: Up to 5k
