The Opportunity
Job Requirements:
- 1 year of Recent (within the last 2-3 years) Acute Care ICU RN experience. *Would Consider 2+ years of PCU RN experience
- Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
- Associate Degree, BSN preferred
- BLS within 30 days of hire/transfer
- ACLS within 90 days of hire/transfer

What You'll Earn
- Base Pay: $32.00 – $48.00/hr depending on experience
- Night Shift Differential: Additional $4.25/hr
- Sign-On Bonus: Considered case by case

What You'll Need
- 1 year of recent acute care ICU RN experience (within the last 2–3 years) — OR 2+ years of PCU RN experience considered
- Active Florida RN license or approved multistate compact license (compact holders have 60 days post-relocation to obtain FL license)
- Associate Degree required; BSN preferred
- BLS required within 30 days of hire
- ACLS required within 90 days of hire
