At Baruch Senior Ministries, we are committed to enriching the lives of seniors through compassionate care, excellence, and integrity. We are seeking a highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Corporate Compliance Nurse.

As the Corporate Compliance Nurse, you will partner with community leaders and care teams to promote best practices and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct facility visits, clinical audits, and documentation reviews.
  • Assist communities in maintaining regulatory compliance and preparing for surveys.
  • Identify areas of concern and collaborate on corrective action plans.
  • Provide education, coaching, and guidance on policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor quality improvement initiatives and follow up on audit findings.
  • Prepare reports and communicate observations and recommendations to the Vice President of Training and Compliance.
  • Travel extensively throughout Michigan to support affiliated senior living communities.

Qualifications

  • Current Michigan LPN license in good standing (RN license not required).
  • Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, or senior living environments.
  • Knowledge of clinical documentation, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance processes.
  • Survey readiness, auditing, or staff training experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively throughout Michigan.
