Luxurious Senior Living community providing independent living, as well as supportive Assisted Living & Memory Care to seniors in the South Bay (Torrance/ Rancho Palos Verdes/ Long Beach) south of Los Angeles, California is seeking an experienced Community Relations Director to handle sales outreach to drive consistent occupancy in the property.

As a sales professional in the senior living industry, you'll be active both within the property and out around the greater community, building referral relationships and ensuring area professionals who interact with Seniors are keeping this property at the top of their list when they hear of an elder who needs to make a lifestyle change. 

You will also develop interdepartmental connections with teams providing Maintenance, Housekeeping, Dining, Clinical Services and Activities so that all teams are partnering to ensure the community strikes the perfect chord for seniors and their loved ones when they come to take a tour. 

An ideal candidate will have a background that includes sales in senior living specifically. You may also be considered if you've worked in hospitality sales in the same So Cal territory.

Ideal candidates will enjoy:
  • Earning solid base pay in the $83K to $89,440 plus generous bonus per move-in which will bring a successful salesperson to an annual compensation in the $120K+ range overall

Ideal candidates will bring:
  • Previous experience as a Sales Director, ideally in Senior Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Retirement Living or similar
  • Track record of success driving census in a community

  • Joyful approach to interacting with seniors and their families
