Holly Hall Christian Retirement Community is seeking a relationship-driven, compassionate, and results-oriented Community Marketing Specialist – Healthcare to serve as a key liaison between area hospitals, healthcare providers, prospective residents, families, and our Skilled Nursing Facility.
This position represents Holly Hall throughout the Texas Medical Center and the greater Houston area, building strong referral relationships while guiding patients and families through the admissions process. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about helping seniors receive quality care.
Who we are looking for:
- Minimum of 3 years of healthcare marketing, admissions, business development, or related experience.
- Excellent relationship-building and networking skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to providing exceptional support.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and public presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel daily throughout the Houston area.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused during stressful situations.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, admissions processes, and documentation requirements.
