We are seeking an accomplished Assisted Living Administrator to lead daily operations, inspire staff excellence, and ensure residents receive exceptional care and hospitality. This is a retained executive search for a leader who values mission, accountability, and quality outcomes.

The Role
The Administrator will oversee all operations, regulatory compliance, staffing, resident services, financial stewardship, and customer service. Success in this role means maintaining a supportive workplace culture, strong clinical partnership, and high resident satisfaction—while ensuring the community remains fiscally responsible and fully compliant.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor department managers and frontline staff
  • Drive a resident-centered service culture rooted in Jewish values
  • Maintain DOH/State regulatory compliance and readiness
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, occupancy, and revenue optimization
  • Strengthen family engagement, reputation, and community partnerships
  • Represent the community with warmth, professionalism, and mission alignment
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will be:
  • An experienced senior living operator (Assisted Living and Memory Care)
  • Knowledgeable in state regulations and best-practice operational standards
  • A collaborative, visible leader who develops teams
  • Skilled in census development and service excellence
  • Emotionally intelligent, communicative, and highly accountable
  • Comfortable operating within a faith-based or values-driven nonprofit setting
Experience in a Jewish service environment is beneficial but not required; respect for cultural and religious traditions is essential.
