The not-for-profit continuing care facility features beautiful, low-maintenance apartment and cottage homes, along with an abundance of amenities, services, and activities that enable residents to enjoy a carefree lifestyle and excellent quality of life.
Levels of Care: IL, AL, Adult Day-care

Compensation and Benefit Information:
Base salary range – absolute top $80-85K plus bonus structure
Bonus opportunity and attainability Eligible for quarterly performance bonus when census targets are met and an opportunity for an enhanced bonus the following year based on criteria

Skill Summary:
Licensure/Education Need: LPN or RN Preferred OR Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, marketing, or related field (with relevant experience)
3 Most Critical Qualifications:
 
  1. - 2–3 years of experience in skilled nursing, hospital discharge planning, case management, or healthcare marketing. - Prior admissions or liaison experience preferred. - Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and PDPM preferred.
