- Competitive pay rate! For an RN between $41/ hour and 49/ hour with the high end being reserved for those who have held this exact position in a SNF with a successful track record. For an LPN between $35/ hour and $44/ hour with the high end being reserved for those who have held this exact position in a SNF with a successful track record.

Ideal candidates will bring:
- Nursing license in Washington State or Compact, either Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse (RN or LPN)
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility setting, ideally with more than 1-year of tenure per job
- Background in providing clinical education or mentoring of clinical teams
- Expertise in infection control and prevention, with any special certifications in IP/ IC a plus
- Strong team-centered attitude, clear communication skill and the ability to interact successfully with individuals from all departments as well as with residents & their loved ones
