Hospice Clinical Director (RN) – Columbus, Ohio 

We are seeking an experienced Hospice Clinical Director to lead our interdisciplinary team and oversee all clinical operations. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, compassionate end-of-life care while maintaining compliance with all federal and state regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and supervision to nursing and interdisciplinary team members

  • Ensure compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Conditions of Participation

  • Oversee patient care planning and documentation standards

  • Lead QAPI initiatives and quality improvement efforts

  • Support staff development and performance management

Qualifications

  • Active RN license in Ohio

  • 2+ years of clinical leadership experience in a hospice or home health setting

  • Strong knowledge of hospice regulations and Medicare guidelines
