Cardiac Electrophysiology Technician – Days (4x10s)

Position Summary
The Cardiac Electrophysiology Technician assists physicians in diagnosing and treating cardiac and peripheral vascular disease and cardiac arrhythmias in the Cath/EP Lab. This role focuses on caring for patients undergoing PTCA, stent placement, IABP placement, and EP devices and ablations.
Schedule:

Day shift – 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week

No call required
Qualifications
-
Graduate of a CAAHEP-accredited program
-
Minimum 2 years of electrophysiology experience with knowledge of EP and Ablation devices (acute care experience strongly preferred)

BLS and ACLS certification required

One of the following certifications required:
-
Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES)
-
Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS)
-
Cardiovascular Technologist (CV Tech)
-
Registered Radiographer (ARRT)
