LeaderStat is partnering with a mission-driven senior living community dedicated to providing exceptional care, innovative services, and a resident-centered approach across a full continuum of care. We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and forward-thinking Licensed Nursing Home Administrator / Executive Director to lead our multi-level senior living campus.
This individual will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, promote financial sustainability, and cultivate a culture of excellence, engagement, and compassion for residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all campus services, including skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, and supportive living environments.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including maintaining an active Nursing Home Administrator license.

Drive quality improvement initiatives and uphold high standards for resident care, safety, and satisfaction.

Lead, mentor, and support department leaders and staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, occupancy management, and cost controls.

Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners.

Champion the organization’s mission, vision, and values in all campus operations.

Oversee campus policies, risk management, emergency preparedness, and overall service delivery excellence.
Qualifications

Current and active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) credential in the state of Ohio

Bachelor’s degree preferred
-
Minimum of 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in long-term care or senior living operations; experience leading a multi-service campus strongly preferred.

Demonstrated success in regulatory compliance, staff development, and financial management.

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to lead with empathy, integrity, and vision.
