Assisted Living DON (LPN)
We are looking for an exceptional Director of Nursing to serve as a clinical expert in an Assisted Living community in Willoughby, OH!
Job Duties
- Assist in developing individual care plans
- Act as the main point of contact between residents and their families
- Oversee staff who provide direct patient care, such as Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
- Assists with admission and discharge assessment
- Evaluates, prioritizes and meets the care needs of each resident
Job Requirements/Qualifications
- At least two years of clinical experience as an LPN in a long-term care setting
- Two years of nurse management/director of nursing experience
- Active LPN license in Ohio
- Possess empathy and passion for serving others
- Serve as a leader and a trusted resource to other healthcare team members
