Salary: $95,000 – $110,000 annually

As ADON, you'll be a vital part of the clinical leadership team at St. Teresa — a 47-bed skilled nursing facility guided by a mission of compassionate, service-driven care. ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Director of Nursing and Administrator, the ADON plays a central role in day-to-day nursing operations, quality oversight, and survey readiness. You'll support and mentor the nursing team, help strengthen clinical systems, and contribute to a culture where residents receive the highest standard of care. On-call rotation is one weekend per month — manageable, predictable, and fairly shared.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Active RN license; graduate of an accredited nursing program
At least one year of experience in long-term care
At least one year in a supervisory or clinical leadership role
